What is it with piggin BBC local radio and live comentary? Always the same pre recorded message telling us no prog avail due to technical/operational/contractual problems...........And they wanna increase the license fee!!

Tell me about it and both 2BR and Radio Lancs were covering Burnley, you'd think one would cover us especially now it's off! 2BR are playing music
