Re: Cowshed build!
Great news - hopefully the Clayton End can be returned to its former glory (minus the seats) - quite sure the atmosphere has suffered since they went in.
Plans look really good - Andy Holt certainly looks like a man with a plan.

Re: Cowshed build!
Great SketchUp model. But is that Cashy, standing naked, that it finishes with?

Re: Cowshed build!
No more watching the games for free for people on the jam butty estate behind the cowsheds then? Looks good, just hope we can fill it & it doesn't turn into a white elephant

According to the video they created, it comes with people already in it.

Doubt very much if that will be the case. club seems on a much sounder footing than back in 62 to me.

Re: Cowshed build!
It does look good all round, future proofed for corporate clients. I hope this includes the possibility of increasing the capacity from 5000 as it is now. I know we don't have over crowding, but if a big game came along say big cup run it would be good to be able to accommodate more fans. But other wise it looks very promising.

The new build won't increase capacity, just better facilities, presuming catering facilities etc!
Better experience for away fans which could be the difference to them coming back the season after or not!

I did read that there was no increase in capacity, I thought they would have built a little more into the ground.
It is all down to Andy Holt, the man has a plan and he can deliver. Well done Andy Holt. My comments about capacity are just an observation. It looks good for the future.

Re: Cowshed build!
Yeah, I read that it won't increase the capacity - was just surprised cos I wouldn't have thought the cowsheds hold that amount of people but maybe they're deceiving? Either that we're planning on reducing the capacity in one of the other areas of the ground to include better facilities? Guess it'll all come out in the wash

Re: Cowshed build!
Maybe counting the standing areas either side of the seats as well as the actual seats?

Re: Cowshed build!
Great news will make the area more pleasing on the eye and this is only the first phase.
