it will be 'a bit' of cash if they do. Id want to keep him because 85,000 wont buy a player like craney. On paper he is in our top 4 players by a country mile.

I dont rate 3/4 of the squad for this level and didnt last season or the season before i was very very suprised at what the conference squad achieved. craney was played out of position majority of his half season with us. if they were superstars theyd be playing for a top 10 premier team. If i look on it as a premiership team fan there all crap and all the football league. Wed do well to replace craney for 85 grand.

I do think that the Clubs stance on this one does appear to be the best one

Eric has said previously that every player has his price, but if a deal is to be done as sad as I would be to see Ian leave, if the money can be utilised to perhaps help bolster the Squad as well as providing something for the Development of the Club off the field that can only be a good thing surely.

JC - i think every player has got a price, but i wouldnt think morecambe would be able to afford the price i would put on craney.

EW - it was nowhere near enough, we would never be intersted.

hes not going I think unless it gets significantly higher than 85 grand.
