Direct shots from free-kicks are one thing. Low probability, but fantastic when they come off. It's the corner or free-kick supposed to be crossed into the box which doesn't clear the first defender, clears the penalty area completely or goes straight down the goalie's throat that brings the groan from me - and they were seen often from Sean at West Ham , but not at all at Crawley , which is why I mentioned it. When they did look to be going long, there was someone (usually Matty) beyond the back post to nod them back across, it almost seemed to be planned!
