David Dunn

Confirmed he's leaving Blackburn in the summer.
BBC Sport - David Dunn: Blackburn Rovers midfielder to leave club in summer

I know there's been plenty of rumours in the past of him coming here, either as a player/coach or to manage.

He states he wants to keep playing for the moment - would anyone be interested in seeing him here? Does anyone reckon it's even a possibility?

Re: David Dunn

Would love it if we signed him.

Reckon he could perform the role Bryan Hughes did a few years back.

I think Dunny has an affection for the club. I heard he would love to play for Stanley at some point, but like any footballer they have a level they want to play at whatever point in their career they are at.

Re: David Dunn

Could it be a "Dunn" deal?

Look I'm really sorry about that pun.
I shall go and stand in the corner now and think about what I did.

Re: David Dunn

It would make sense for him to come as a player coach, while helping us it would give him a good grounding in management and just how unforgiving it can be. But this is pure speculation, coley might be very happy to stay and carry on. But whatever happens, Decisions must be made quickly if a management change is to be made or the club directors have the opportunity on Thursday night to make a statement one way or the other.

I reckon Blackpool and Wigan would like him, and they can afford to pay him when he's injured, unlike us!

He was on Radio Lancashire last night and said his next move won't be for financial reasons! So who knows!
