Direct action

In view of the conflicting messages emanating from the co-chairpersons this week it is surely fast approaching the time for us fans to stop pussy-footing about and organise something to present the board with something more physical than pleas via the media, which are falling on deaf ears.
How about a protest march with the theme "Show us the money or ship out" or something similar?
What does everyone think, especially the Ultras?

Re: Direct action

i reckon that this weekend may well shed some further light on proceedings as we enter the final fortnight. The game against Bournemouth a week on saturday would be the time to do anything along these lines. If nothing has been forthcoming by the tueday/wednesday of that week then REAL direct action will be required.

The Bournemouth game would potentially be our last home league match and there would be just hours over a week remaining til D-Day.

Rob, can I assume then, that this weekend's events are outside Ms. Lazarus's influence or knowledge, otherwise she would not have made the worrying statement?

Re: Direct action

I think that's a fair assumption, Redraine. EVERYTHING appears to be outside Ms Lazarus' influence and knowledge.

Re: Direct action

I've just noticed that the LET article says that the deadline is 28 October; I thought it was 24 October. I assume that must be the reporter's error, and not Marcelle's.

24th Oct. Is the last Saturday before the court date, which is I believe 28th. I think that they picked 24th to give them the couple of days breathing space, counting time Etc. So we are down to less than 2 weeks to save the club...... I believe strongly that there will be a/some Stanley Saviour/s out there

There was...he's gone now. Sadly, saviours don't come along that often, so don't expect another one.
