Dirty Hat Band support SOS

Hi all,

Most of you allready know that I am in a Country Rock band, well I have spoken to Rob Heys this morning and have offered our services FREE of charge should the club wish to put on a 'live music' evening to raise cash for the SOS campaign.

Rob is well up for it and has promised to come back with some dates in the next few days. Hopefully with good publicity we can fill the clubhouse and raise some cash via a nominal door charge and bar takings,raffles etc.

Date will be announced shortly, we just need as much support on the night you guys/gals can muster................you dont have to like the music, but hey you just might!!

Maybe Mr Heys should be getting in touch with his uncle who is also in a band and they could do something for it too (it has already been mentioned to his uncle)

well two n half weeks is NOT back to ya in next few days, typical they ask fans fer ideas n help n then don't respond YET.

It is my fault that the gig has not been sorted, the club has had a number of bands/venues offering help and as I have been up at the club helping to co-ordinate variuos fundraisers I have offered my help with the possible Stanley Stock. I will be contacting everyone this week and sorting it (fingers crossed) so there you go the blame lies with me
