I hope Doherty uses his loan spell well to get his fitness up to where it should be and rediscover his game, it's obvious he has the talent I for one would not like to see him leave permanently.

This is great news for the supporters it shows to me that Coley is still the man, maybe Doherty will come back a better player but I doubt it.

Sean Doherty has the makings of a good player, he just needs to toughen up instead of loking like he's frightened of getting stuck in, and if a spell at Southport can't do that then nothing can

im glad sean has gone. That lad was c**p. im sorry but he never played well when ive been watching and i think my opinion will be back up by others. At time it seemed lie he was scared of the ball. Maybe he should play something different. Cards maybe! xx
