Donaldson Rejects new contract at York

Apparently scored 15 this season. Would he be a good buy? (assuming we could afford him)

As a diving cheating york city player probably not good enough for this level, but as a pacey forward thinking goalscoring machine in a stanley shirt, I think most of us would find him acceptable!!!

Re: Donaldson Rejects new contract at York

Here's the piece in the York Evening Press.

http://www.yorkpress.co.uk/sport/yor..._donaldson.php

He's only 23 in Feb and would therefore command a fee when he becomes a free agent in the summer.

They reckon he'd fetch £250,000 and that he's been watched by Hibs and Wolves.

Saw him play Stanley at Bootham Crescent last season and thought he was one of York's best players on the day.
