Re: EFL Cup date been arranged?

Wonder what the difference is between a 'Band 5' tick for a tenner & a '1966' ticket for £25? Presume it's the distance you are from the pitch/running track

I don't read it like that. I think it says £5 for U/16s, all others are £10 - 25 depending whether you have more money or good eyesight.
Also, there doesn't seem to be any plan on the WHU website that shows where the differently prices bands actually are, so we're gonna have to gamble that the pitch is still visible without binoculars from the £10 ticket seats.
AccyMad, yonmon and sherry like this.

Yes, it looks like you're right. If that's the case, why differentiate?

Re: EFL Cup date been arranged?

There looks to be one black of £10 tickets in teh away section 220 back middle of upper (2nd tier) the other 6 blocks 217-219 are just less central for £15 and the lower tier is the same with 119 more central to 217 further into the corner all for £15.

IF we get all 7 blocks the if you want upper get 220 for £5 cheaper, or any lower as they are all miles away from the pitch.

Re: EFL Cup date been arranged?

I found this map on the Knees Up Mother Brown web site (thanks, Cockerneys) and I guess the seating plan is not down to WHU but to their landlords.
Anyway, with this, the price differences, and any more info that Chewbaca can provide, we call all guess where we could be sitting.
To be honest, it would seem daft to have the entire stadium open for what will be a smallish gate.

Re: EFL Cup date been arranged?

Thanks, Chewbaca, looks like its binoculars all round.
Not sure what better view you get for the extra £5 in the upper blocks 217-219 than you would in Block 220.

Re: EFL Cup date been arranged?

Don't sue me if I'm wrong but I think the attached photo shows, approximately, where the away section will be - outlined in red. The photo appears to be taken from a similar position at the other end of the stadium.
