email I sent today....
I work in a team with a number of United and Liverpool fans who often take the mick about Stanley so it was with great pleasure I sent the following
Subject : FA Cup 4th Round All, I know how much all you true football fans look forward the quintessential British football competition "The FA cup" and with the 'unfortunate' events at your own clubs meaning you won;t be seeing any more for nearly 12 months I thought I would let you know you would be more than welcome to visit Accrington as we partake in the 4th round. Stanley offers you a full experience that you may not be used to sat in your seat a mile away from the action.... just imagine being able to tell the opposition keeper exactly what you think his parents are like, hear the crunch of bones on each and every tackle and wipe the blood off your face when the defender plants one on the striker when the linesmans not looking. Whats best is we won't even charge you half of your overpriced premiership ticket price and the pies are top quality. Let me know if you want any tickets...... Ian Feel free to use or improve!  |

I would imagine they haven't responded, probably waiting on their appeal to the FA that they should be exempt until the semi-final stage
