Ex Stanley

Just wondering, in my after match blissful glow, how many Ex Stanley players and managers were wishing that they were still with us after todays performance;
Coleman and Bell .....in relative obscurity somewhere in Southport.
Sean McConville..... on the losing side again at Stalybridge.
An absolutely apoplectic Paul Cooke.....head in hands on his way home to Chesterfield!
Liam Richardson .......dazed!
Jimmy Ryan.....a shadow of the lad that he was at Stanley.
Gary Roberts .....my former hero when at Stanley but pretty inept today.
Any more?????

Re: Ex Stanley

Toto Nsiala and former loanee Osayamen Osawe both scored for Southport against Macc on Saturday.

Joe Jacobson is a regular at relegation-threatened Shrewsbury and had a spell as club captain.

Wouldn't have Mark Roberts anywhere near a Stanley XI save for one that collected villains of the piece. Kevin Long can take his place!

What a difference nine days can make. This thread started with ex-Stanley players who may be regretting leaving the club...and now we're dreaming of bringing some back. Heh, ho.
