hello Nick. that article later carried a small retraction. the quote was "i own shares in accrington stanley", which got printed as "i own accrington stanley". the rest of the article is still valid though - i am madly emotional about anything lancastrian !

The rain seems to be coming Friday; Saturday is sunny intervals. Anyone who has a brolly should spend Friday night on the pitch to keep the rain off.
