few hundred? about 25/30 more like. What we lack in numbers we make up for in decibels. If we had a hundred singing it we would lift the roof off

I was being very generous with my estimate but you are right it was nearer a few dozen. I was in front of you and joined in but not many others did.

Re: Fancy Dress Away Day

Well I have to say what a fab day fancy dress away day turned out to be...

There were so many funny moments that I don't know where to start but prob the highlight was bananaman, superman and walleyman all chasing the convict round the petrol station at rising bridge

All walking through macclesfield up to the bus station and singing on the no9 bus all the way to the ground with the ultras keeping their language in check due to the number of old ladies on the bus

Some of the costumes were hysterical to say the least... John and Jake, they will be bringing their comedy duo show to a place near you soon

All in all we had dressed up

Bananaman
Superman
Wallyman
Bubbles & Desiree (from little Britain)
Arab
Ozzy Osborne or frank gallagher or john Lennon (it kept changing)
Chilli pepper
Osama bin laden
inflatable ballerina
jedi
Nun
Prisoner
Old wizard or sommat like that
school girl
bloody butcher

think I got everyone

Thanks to you all for such a brilliant laugh

Re: Fancy Dress Away Day

Also forgot to add a big thank you to all at the Rifleman pub in Winsford where we called on the way back, they put on a lovely buffet for us and treated us really well. Had some great chats with locals...although still can't get my head round the woman (sorry forgot her name) who had the remote for tv in her bag to stop anyone turning tv over or off had great laugh with her though.

Downside was timmins knocking his pint over one of the locals, he was fine about it until this nun came along to clean him up
