Finally getting a Stanley book!

Hello everyone!

It's been a long time that I want to buy a book about Accrington Stanley's history, but I couldn't do it as I live in Brazil and had no international credit card... but things changed!

I finally got one so I'm really looking forward for getting it. But before I pay for the book, I would like to know if anyone from here has already read it. I mean this one:

Amazon.co.uk: Accrington Stanley: The Club That Wouldn't Die: Books: Phil Whalley

If you did, do you think it's worth the money?

Oh, in case you read any other book about the great football club and think it's better than the Phil Whalley's one, I would also like to know.

Thanks in advance! Sorry for bothering you

I'm sure Phil will come along and tell you what he thinks of the book himself

Phil usually puts decent match reports on this message board, if he's been to the game.
Read the book, myself, at the weekend, very good read, and very relevant to where we are today. Enjoy!

Definitely worth it, I read it in one sitting!!

In fact, maybe the squad should be made to read it, peferably before the next game!!

A Really good read!
As Oggy has sad there are still comparisons to be made along certain lines of where we are today!
I have also finally managed to land myself a copy of Accrington Stanley A Complete Record 1894-1962 which I am mega looking forward to getting into
