Just watched Match of Day, loads of flags n banners at anfield, seems to me the liverpool management are helpful to their fans.

You are correct Cashman.

There must be one rule for everyone; for example the rule regarding alcohol pitch side applies to everyone.
A rule regarding flags which is accepted and enforced universal is required.

And they should be allowed, in any part of the ground, provided its a suitable pole.
