Football and Identity survey

This survey is part of my dissertation research into Football and identity in England. It also explores what aspects are important to the English identity. Thank you to everyone who has done the survey, I've had over 1,300 responses so far. But I would really appreciate it if a few more Accrington fans could complete it, as they are a bit under represented at the moment.
