Re: For your information
Thanks for that - makes a change from hearing premiership managers not giving any credit to the opposition and blaming the ref win lose or draw !!!!

Re: For your information
just had a nosey round their forum. They seem to like slagging us off because "on their forum they are calling us names" or summat like that. Let me categorically state to the almost Welshmen that they started the slagging with their stupid antics on here last season. Comments that were born out of jealousy that our little club was going up and they would have to take their chance in the lottery. Nobody up here really gives a toss about Hereford in any way shape or form, but down there they seemed more excited about us going down than the impending cup match against their local rivals! FES or Edgar St? Yes we have a small ground, the lights are crap, the car park is muddy. So what? Our ground is improving all the time and we will get there as and when. Your ground is falling down and has been doing for a long time. Your so called big club will not improve it because they may or not move ground in the near or distant future. We live on delusional impressions of grandeur? Yes maybe we exploit the name for financial gain, should we not? Should we ignore the fact the we do have a marketable name that in the main has to make up for the fact that we have two bigger teams on our doorstep fighting for our supporters? Hereford live on Ronnie bloody Radford scoring a cracker against Newcastle all them years ago (I'm buggered if I 'm going to be bothered to google the date, but no doubt one of the interlopers will tell me).
"We've got a beautiful town, not like the whippet chasing, flat cap wearing grim northern village" yeah yeah spoilt by the whirring of a Massey Ferguson every bloody morning. Knock it off Hereford, its boring. You all reckon that Coleman comes across as a tit because he talks too much? Well learn by his mistakes and quieten down because that is what you lot sound like. And as for Ex-landlord. Somebody who is quite obviously educated and intelligent, and reasonably well known and thought of around his own club should be capable of much better behaviour than the beligerent stirring that he does every year around our fixtures. See you all for the return if your passports are up to date!

Re: For your information
no, its the tone of 'voice' one or two of your fans use that I don't like. Banter is fine when its good natured, but a few of your guys seem to like the more venomous style of 'banter' and that is what we object to. I know that as a regular attendee of the FES I am in no position to comment on the state of other grounds but Hereford fans seem to enjoy going to great lengths to find anything to have a go at us about when we as a club or body of fans have never really done anything to anybody to merit the abuse we seem to get off other fans. So what we havent got a big travelling army like you obviously must have, so what if we like to take flags to the games, we are honest fans, grass roots fans who enjoy the simple things in football like enjoying yourselves and if that involves waving loads of flags who the hell are you to say we are tinpot or delusional?

Re: For your information
Contributions from opposition fans makes this board much more interesting. To be fair to Hereford (there goes my karma) most of their regular contributors usually open up with something relevant, interesting or amusing. Then someone from "our side" starts bleating about sheep and the thread descends into the usual pointless exchange of insults about grounds, support and adverts.
Hey ho, I suppose it's human nature ....

Karen, give it a rest. Both grounds leave a bit to be desired. Ours is old and a bit run down but we are simply unable to do anything about it for the time being. The whole area is is subject a re-development plan and although the stadium will remain in the same place, we cannot start major building works until we get the go-ahead from the council. The Blackfriars end will be demolished and replaced with a new seated stand probably around 2500 capacity and including conference facilities. In the meantime, we only open it when the attendance requires it and even without it we can accommadate over 7000 all in covered areas.

As Bullmac says it's BANTER!!!!
You guys were the ones who have ripped our ground to shreds in previous threads so thats ok for you to do it but when we reply it's not? Don't get you but hey ho good luck till then, have no issue with you and as for giving it a rest the match has been and gone!!!
