Southport on July 29th.
Stanley will play Championship side Preston North End in a pre-season friendly. The Reds will entertain Simon Grayson’s side on 19th July ko 7-30pm.

It Is always good to get some decent pre season friendlies in before the season starts. We have some strong opposition so far. I think that is what let us down last season.

If the aim is to try and increase the fan base, would be wise to make the friendlies attractively priced imho.

Neither BRFC or BFC had any availability that worked for both Clubs.
"Invites" have been sent to other high profile friendly clubs; we hope to get positive news "soon" but with some decision makers on annual leave it's a slow process  |
