Re: Gillingham Thread

Disapointing, but I did not expect much from this fixture anyway.

Gillingham | Welcome
I hope anyone who registered for this has cancelled it straight away!

just done mine, and said summat about you need to allow 10 working days for it to cancel, should that then overlap the 'next billing date' then you will be liable for it! So as it was a 14 day free trial, subtract your 10 working days + presumably 2 weekends and they might try to grab yer goolies and make you pay to have listened!

not too bothered at £3.99 but will still feel a little conned

Re: Gillingham Thread

From the Gills forum:-
"Anyone else notice that when the Board went up for Nutter to come off the Accrington number 3 Dean Winnard ran over he was having such a hard time he couldn't wait to get off.Priceless!!! Fortunately for us he was sent back.He must be the worse left back I remember for a while. Well done Hess for spotting the weakness and pushing Barcham forward today."
Oh dear. Can this be true, Football19.?

They do make a bit of a schoolboy mistake, however. Winnard was playing right-back, not left-back. That number three on his back must've confused them.

On the highlights it did look as if Deano got turned inside-out a few times yesterday, though from reports it sounds like all four defenders had an off-day, which is disappointing after their good form prior to the game.

Must credit Sean 'nine goals' McConville for showing great composure for his goal and also for clearing one off the line.

Re: Gillingham Thread

Dean did get beat by his man on more than 1 occasion. Cant see why Long is still on bench as i feel we really need him on the pitch for the rest of the season. Not a great game for any of the defenders but a result I really expected I'm afraid. Still 13 or so games to go maybe time to rest one or two players as games are coming thick and fast. Not Jimmys best game again but felt the score could easily have been more against us on another day. Roll on Tuesday.
