who else thinks it would be good idea to charge half price for the replayed mansfield game. it would be a good P.R. excercise by the club and might attract new support.........

Abandoned: Accrington Stanley v Mansfield Town
Stanley's match against Mansfield this afternoon was abandoned at half time due to a waterlogged pitch. Andy Todd had given the Reds the lead from the penalty spot in the ninth minute but the visitors equalised just before the break through Michael Boulding.

Unfortunately the heavy rain that fell throughout the first half left the pitch unplayable and the two sides will now meet again on a date to be arranged. Details of reduced admission prices for all supporters for the rearranged match will be announced shortly.
