What the hell is Rocky doing playing at right back, I don't have any problem with Rocky either at centre half or indeed in midfield but he really doesn't have a good track record in that position. Last week when Cav's injury happened my first thought was it will be ok cos we've got Phil to fill in at right back and what happens - he's stuck on the bench

Got stuck in traffic near the ground but just got back home.
Started well for the first 10 minutes but then we lost the ball in midfield and Grimsby got a soft goal. There were then a number of defensive alarms in the first half. We'd have been at least 3 down by half time if it was not for Bavs. A point blank reflex save with his foot with him going the other way stands out most in the mind. I think we'd have been better starting with Richardson. Mannix showed some touches of class. Todd missed from close range and then Mullie had his head in his hands as Grimsby went straight up field and scored from a brilliant solo goal. Grimsby stewards let the fans stand up and a couple I spoke to were reassuring that I would be back next season. |
