if you want to moan about Britcliffe then approx 3:10 on the Clayton-End you can join in with 'Britcliffe is a .....'

The point, Ossy Clogger, was that originally you called me an idiot for expressing a fair and valid opinion of Rory, my point was neither nasty nor undeserved and as thus warranted no such response from you. On this forum we very rarely get personal with our own and as someone who has posted on here from the very beginning you should know that. As far as me calling you a new fan goes, you are obviously aren't if you have been going since 1953, but as somebody older than 42 I would have thought you had more manners than to weigh straight into a discussion you have had little or no part of and start insulting people.

And as far as Macca is concerned, he earned Divine status with me for his whinging to me in a Nightclub bar in Barbados at 4am in the morning that he had never heard us singing his name during games. I explained that as he had only been with the club for about 10 games we had no songs for him and could he recommend one; he then spent 20 minutes singing his name to various tunes in a drunken scouse slur whilst drinking from a broken bottle of Budweiser.

(to the tune of that Robin Hood from the old Weetabix ad)
