There was a young Bear from Peru,
Who got off a bus and did'nt know what to do,
He sharply turned around,
To find himself oustide the Crown Ground
He thought I 'll have a look in here,
So wandered into the BTH Lounge & got a beer,
Sat himself down and gazed all around,
For what this young bear had found
was Eternal Happiness:)
Well at least the first two bits rhymed
Wonderful Google Page Ranking !!...don't know how Revived Red would mark it though ??..
Does your last line imply that tonight's elation is being shared by those who are..'Gone Before ' ?.....those Stanley Stalwarts who we all fondly remember with respect and gratitude....and who would have revelled in the feelings abroad tonight ??...God bless 'em all !....
Going to the crown ground tomorrow to fit seats in the cow shed knowing that come saturday I will be stood on the clayton end and mine and grimps efforts have not been wasted.
Its a Stanley Fan I am
And for 8 weeks at the Crown
They've been tellin fibs, and lettin' people down
Untill along came Mr Khan
With some pennies in His Hand
And He saved the Club for the People of the Town
Ok its not perfect but it is late!!.......Oh and here is the link to the original song for anyone who dosent know it:-

Well, yonmon, to answer your question about marking this gem, I think we have found a hidden genius. The spirit of William McGonagall is alive and well in sunny Barrowford.
