hello from port vale

hello there

just wanted to drop you a line to give you some ticket information and best directions to vale park!

first of all the most important - how to get to vale park

The ground is located in the town of Burslem, Leave the M6 at junction 15 or 16 and take the A500 towards Stoke on Trent. Follow A500 until the A527 Tunstall/Burslem exit, where you take the A527 towards Tunstall/Burslem. At the next island just past the Price Kensington factory turn right for Burslem town centre. Continue on this road up the hill, crossing another island and into Burslem town centre. Continue straight on over the traffic lights at the cross roads and then take the first road on the left which takes you down to the ground. There is a large car park (co op car park ) next to the ground which costs £4, otherwise street parking is there if you get there early enough and look out for double yellow lines as there pretty quick to whack a fixed penalty notice on your car window!

if your coming by train?

Stoke On Trent railway station, which is over four miles away and take a taxi (around £6-£8 - intercity taxi firm are the best (01782 855855)up to the ground.

ticket information-

you will be housed in the stand known as the hamil road stand!

due to the new policies been run by port vale there will be no cash turnstiles so if you turn up on the day without a ticket you will need to get one from our ticket office!

they are priced as

adults £19
senior citizens(oap)and young adults (16-21) £12.50
juveniles £8

well hope you all have a nice journey to vale park and we look forward to welcoming you!

Re: hello from port vale

Have a look at their forum on todays game, for Vale fans it was depressing, never mind, welcome to league 2 (like most relegated teams the fans seem to think they are not worthy of this league and the little clubs like Stanley, very wrong)
