do it at home, do it at work, each ISP gives you at least 5user names? so create as many as your account allows and go that way. Then text in as well. Do texts cost from your computer?

Yeah, deleting cookies works. Ive voted 4 times so far. (PS easy if your using Firefox just clck tools, clear private data and tick cookies
