Re: Hereford Game

Is that no goals scored by Stanley's First Team in open play since Gary Roberts left?

Re: Hereford Game

Wondered how long it would take before we got the usual dross from the Hereford fans on here. Its no surprise that not many of our fans want to travel to your place after the disgusting treatment we have received there in the past. OK you won, crow about it if you like but the tables will be turned when we play you at home

Re: Hereford Game

Slating our support is prettys sad tbh, considering Bulls fans only made any noise when they got a corner and slagged Coley off for 5 or 10 minutes after they scored.

We sang for 70 out of the 90 I reckon, might not have made much noise, but we did sing.

We were outplayed for most of the game, with the only really good chance falling to Mangan, and a very debatable offside called against Sean Doherty.

The diving about the place from some of your players was, quite frankly, pathetic. Fleetwood being the biggest culprit, reminded me of Roberts dive in the box which just gained groans from behind the goals, not the penalty shouts your fans put in.

Overall, I had a good day, and really felt we could've come away with a point, but Hereford probably deserved all 3.

Here for the Champions, you're only here for the Champions

No,mate, only here for the points. Thanks for them.
We were poor,you were worse.
For the record I didn't think our boys were diving any more than any other team, including yours.
Your support was poor, but to their credit did make a bit of noise, apparently, although I couldn't hear much of it from the Meadow End.
I don't think any Bulls fans have anything against your club or players, although JC is a bit of a tit when he gets his gob in gear(I suspect by reading your forum,a lot of your fans would agree).

P.S. Your goalie is a clown, how the hell did he let that poor shot in.

Re: Hereford Game

Looks like some of these Hereford Fans have been members of the Forum for a bit.

This illustrates the fascination Accy hold for everyone else.

Re: Hereford Game

Lending our name to a milk advert kept your fan base in business.

Can't quite see how your milk advert helped our fan base.

Not to mention it's a dump!! Spoke to a few older Hereford fans in the bar after the game they seemed really nice, I even gave one my Stanley scarf and he was dead proud to wear it!
We need another game like Wrexham to get things moving again

Not the impression I've got from visiting your Club, having stones thrown at me over the Coppice end and being slagged off from everything from drums to flags, attendances to having no roof, and just a general feeling of bitterness on a few forums on the 'net (A bit similar to Exeter and York fans, to name but a few). Don't get me wrong, all the Bulls fans I have met in the Clubhouse and another little Pub I visited last year have been great, but theres still a section of your fanbase that let you down.

All clubs have a few numpties and as for the forum comments, I think the score is about equall....sheep and inbreds ring any bells? I enjoyed the game and thought it was well competed. I also got an interview with JC after the game and he was quite helpful (still fat though). Finally, I was pleased to meet and have a drink with Mr Spaceman and have arranged to meet again at your place.

Until the next time....
