well this is the bit that I don't get
Surely the point of promo's such as this is to attract the walk ons, but as a non fan I certainly wouldn't want to be messing about booking tickets on the internet like it was the theatre or summat.
I personally wont use the booking service for no reason at all really, just don't want to be using online bookings when I dont really need to. That then puts me off coming and having to pay £13 when it could only have been a fiver - makes me feel like I've been ripped off.
Dont get me wrong, thats just me being a lazy sod possibly, but it strikes me that the only benefit is to the fans that were coming anyway (which isnt a bad thing)

Re: hi guys
Macca and all
My personnal opinion, is with you on this.
Will speak again to Lew, Martin + Rob today, but fairly sure it will be £5 on the night as well.
The more we can sell in advance, the better idea we have for catering, programmes, stewards etc

Re: hi guys
Apparently it was a short conference call not a face to face meeting

Re: hi guys
Mr T can't update you for two reasons!!
1) as from nov 09, I plus others were asked to step aside to allow the new board to come onboard. "For the good of OUR club" this request was followed by myself and others; so I'm not involved in current meetings (and rightly so)
2) Like you all I only hear what is publically available, so currently I know as much as you. Things are with the legal people and when all is "rubber stamped + signed" an announcement will be made
Mean while BACK THE BOYS!!
Gillingham on Saturday and a home game v Burton on Tuesday

People seem to actually be noticing them.
Couple of queries from people calling in to ask so far, worth bearing in mind for the future.
Poster says All tickets £5, had 2 people in so far asking if you actually have to buy a ticket.
1 person came in and asked if Under 12's was £5. Can't get on the website so couldn't check
