It looks like it's just stills refreshed every couple of minutes. I expect it will be turned off when the players enter, as they, and the pitch, belong to the football league copyright department.

Does anyone know if its surpost to be sill pics or is it surpost to be real time as in movement or only when refresed

i see stanley players out and warming up the pitch looks in good nick too
