He'll be ok for a couple of months until the pitches start to cut up. then you might see a different player!

Re: Ian Craney signs for....

Personally, I rated Craney and he was missed for a while after he left for Huddersfeld.
I think he will do a great job at this level for you.

No he wasn't but the cash came in handy, he was missed the first time he left though.

Re: Ian Craney signs for....

Stanley fan or nothing when they go out of business? please choose!

As said before I will always watch out for my Home town team OLDHAM where my own family still live and will delight on the odd occasion they manage to win or just plain stay afloat but i've been an exile for the last 44 years and have lived in Morecambe all that time, I travelled down to Wembley with a mate and his family back in 1974 to watch Morecambe beat Dartford and have watched them on and off since that time, so I guess i'm more inclined to say the team I watch is Morecambe but OLDHAM i'll always be

Hope you can grasp what i'm trying to say

That's simple. Stanley fan, whether they are in L2 or playing in a Sunday League at a local park. I'd never go anywhere else.

Morecambe 0 Barrow 1, did Craney not inspire you lot today?

From Morecambe's site: '...Craney and Duffy probed and pressed but they couldn't find an opening.'

Barrow's goal came from Jason Walker (remember him?), who had previously played for Barrow in a friendly against Doncaster and impressed them enough to turn out as a trialist for Doncaster a few days later and score at Grimsby Town.

from the football forum

Moss, Craney and Jevons are the weak links for me at the moment. The latter two being a pair of idle sods.
