International Media Support for Stanley
We are used to getting national support for our performances,but seldom do we get a mention in the international dailies especially from the African continent.
My newsagent knew that I had gone to the game at Wokingbut had saved me a copy of the Zimbabwean printed in Harare. The sports headlines referred to Stanley being poised for a return to the bigtime tipping Torquay coming the other way If the clubs archivist wants the paper just drop me a line and I will send it on. |
