I suspect the thread starter is n Oxford Fan trying to stir the crap, n also wishing. A similar thread was started by this saddo, a few weeks ago, but seems to have been deleted? cannot weigh up why this un aint.

Just a quick question regarding Mr.Beattie - how's he doing regarding his coaching qualifications? He only has until May 1st.

Just think how much better last night's result could have been if Mr Beattie had his little certificate from the FA. That piece of paper must be worth a couple of goals a game, surely.

The first post in the link you give says JB was interviewed by Radio Oxford, and during that interview denied any contact with Oxford United. Don't see how that means the BBC got anything wrong .
