Re: Jamo gone from club

Nothing on the official site, so the validity of this story is still open to question.

Sad for Jamo, especially when he'd only been appointed last Summer. However, I always questioned his role as goalkeeping coach. Dibble I could understand, but how Jamo could 'teach' Arthur anything has always bemused me.

thought it was a disgrace him coming back as a coach .smelled like jobs for the boys.he had no league experience as a coach and used up valuable wages that stanley can ill afford. a mistery why he came backking kenny must have been peein himself laughing

I'll echo that thought K-P, although I was one who wondered what Jamie could teach Kenny, the club must have thought he could do a job - good luck wherever you go now Jamie

Re: Jamo gone from club

might have been great bloke but with recent economic climate ie fraser eagle nearly bust,do they still owe stanley sponsorship money for the name of stadium. cut backs have to be made made . i think this is where we can trust eric to keep stanley solvent .a lot of clubs are going to go to the wall when the creditors come calling.

Re: Jamo gone from club

why not just wish him well instead of using his bad luck to get on your soapbox

Re: Jamo gone from club

I'm very sorry to see him go.
His double save on a sodden pitch at Barrow is one of my all-time favourite football moments!
