its a win-win for both clubs as the parent club get to include a clause the player will be involved in the majority if not all games, in return stanley get some quality on the cheap.
the only risk is for the player, if he doesnt perform or has a bad attitude, it can damage their future.
Likewise, if they do perform, it can be a stepping stone to the first team squad or a loan to a championship club next season.
both clubs will have the right to end the loan early if the player is not performing or is required back at the parent club

Loans are subject to the transfer window, you can't send a player back for not performing or re-call one unless the window is open and there is a clause saying you can. They are transferred for half a season or a full season or longer.
