Re: Joey Barton
Think the thing is he'll sign on loan for a league club, who will receive a fee from QPR, he won't play a game but is 12 matches will be severed a lot quicker therefore making him available sooner for Rangers

Pretty sure you have got that one spot on Jay - no doubt QPR will be paying his salary as well

Re: Joey Barton
Can't see that happening. If he is out on loan then his 'owning' club is still QPR. The ban is effective until 'his' club have played 12 games

Your wrong their Dave sorry, to go on loan he has to be registered to the club he's joining so their fixtures are the ones that count, that was explained on Sky Sports News the other day, I know it wrong, maybe its a loophole that needs closing

Oh they most certainly will be paying his wages, its the same sort of arrangement used by Prem clubs letting young players go out on loan to get match experience, instead of sitting in the stand every week

Re: Joey Barton
Why is this thread in the Accrington Stanley section? This unpleasant individual has nothing to do with our fine club.

Wouldn't be too sure about that if you read the Observer

Re: Joey Barton
It's in the Stanley section as he's training with a club in league 2 at the moment and of the players he's training with there, several are ex Stanley players including his best mate Andy Mangan.
Do I need to list any more reasons?

Re: Joey Barton
Just imagine if the nutter went out on a season long loan to Fleetwood? With many grounds(like ours)having fans so close to the pitch there'd bound to be a few "incidents"(Cantona style, at Crystal Palace) as the numpty can't keep his fists to himself!

He wouldn't be able to play, he would still be banned, but by signing on loan for a league club, they start earlier play league cup games earlier therefore eating up his ban, plus the club would get a backhander for their trouble, can't see him sitting on the bench at the crown on a Saturday
