JPT round 1
Had a couple of emails regarding the Johnstones Paint Trophy.

Here's the info.

The draw for Round 1 of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy will be made on Saturday 17th August, live on Sky Sports' Soccer AM programme. It will be made at approximately 10.30am.

Our section:

Northern Section - West
Accrington Stanley
Bury
Crewe Alexandra
Fleetwood Town
Oldham Athletic
Port Vale
Shrewsbury Town
Tranmere Rovers

Ties to be played w/b 2nd Sept.

They're both in the Northern Section but got a bye into round 2. Along with such as York, Mansfield, Rochdale, Chesterfield.
Seem to be as many teams getting a bye than there are playing in the first round. Presumably, it's all down to luck, and we know just how much of that Stanley are having at the moment.
