Unhappy Just Where Is My Programme ?

Ordered the Official Proramme for the Darlington game through Ebay which uses Robs account and despite numerous emails I have yet to receive my goods, if it wasn't the club I'd be reporting them now for non delivery and leaving poor feedback however since I dont want to do this I'm having to just wait, why ????

Got my fanzine a while back. Looks like the ultras are more organised then the club.

Mr Timmins I think it's time you got involved with the shop.

I am still waiting for my programmes. I even went to the shop last Friday and Lee told me that he would have to 'look into it', so I couldn't even collect them. I have now sent an email asking for delivery by Monday or a refund by Wednesday.

Bit optimistic aren't we Jeff? The club don't have the best record on replying to/reading e-mails.

I don't really understand what the problem is with the club, as surely the customer should always be the priority? The whole thing has become like a comedy, but nobody is laughing. I'm sure all this disorganisation must have an impact on the business side of the club, which in today's market is increasingly the most important element.

Like I said a couple of weeks ago, the team may be Football League, but the club is still Conference North.
