Re: Kiddie game today
I thought about going on the coach and came very close to ringing Cammy last night to book 2 seats. Its the only match I have said from the beginning of the season I was definately going to go to and then I couldn't go. I am sooo gutted!!!! ....
I must say Thank you to Budmak for his very kind comments!! as he was leaving to get in the car this morning, I hope you enjoyed sitting in MY seat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He knows what he said....
Salt and Open wound are 2 things that spring to mind!!!

Re: Kiddie game today
2am and no reports at all from the travelling faithfull. Been on the KHFC sites and forums and got only the official match report. No mention anywhere of game incident or comments regarding our away support or anything. Ho hum, roll on Granada soccer night.

Re: Kiddie game today
Kidderminster have a very nice ground and some good hearted fans who applauded Stanley on to the pitch at the bewginning of the game. I thought the 'guard of honour' formed by the Kiddy players was also a nice touch.
A decent number of travelling fans, probably somewhere around the 200 mark.
Starting line up did not include Elliot, Cavanagh (suspended), Richardson, Boco, Todd, Craney, or Mullin. As for the game itself, we created enough chances to win the game, but some poor finishing meant that we ended up goalless for only the second time this season.
Nice to see the players come over at the end of the game to applaud the fans, although yet again large sections of the support were ignored. I don't know what it is, but certain people can only look and acknowledge the 'middle' section of any gathered crowd. Added to that, only Mullin clearly acknowledged the fans in the seated area. Seems a shame and it should be something that the club addresses if the need presents itself in the future.

Re: Kiddie game today
I was stood right in that line taking pics next to the kiddy manager ... he was making sure all his players where there.. counting and double checking and telling his players to applaud and show stanley the respect they deserve.. he led them in this.... i was most impressed.

Re: Kiddie game today
It was so funny when the steward finally decided to give us the inflatable ball back, he really seemed to enjoy himself!
I think they must have thought we were goning to invade the pitch or something (whatever gave them that idea? ) when they put 10 stewards in front of us!

How many was your attendance for a ex-leauge club against the Champions of non league?
'No teams has ever got promoted and come straight back down. Accy will be no different. Mid table at best. Their FOUR BEST PLAYERS all started on the bench!!!!!'
