Lancs Evening Telegraph

What a great paper today, great publicity, lets just hope a few more turn up because of it. Anybody any idea if the LETs are the same in B/Burn and Burnley? I know they used to do individual editions for different towns, not sure if they still do that or not

Do they not have Accrington edition at the top of the front page? Could have sworn i've seen it there.

I think you'll find that different areas have their local news in but main stories are usally covered throughout the papers area.

Care to elaborate for those of us who don't live in the area?

Re: Lancs Evening Telegraph

They've launched a 'We're backing Stanley' campaign, basically trying to get more people through the turnstiles. Front and back page, as well as pages 2 and 3, and the last 2 inside pages. Lots of coverage

the Accrington edition is full of pound shop adverts and the blackburn edition is full of borewood park quotes as for Burnley you would have to ask obby?

There are three editions - Blackburn, Burnley and Hyndburn. It's only front page on the Hyndburn edition.

Thought it was. I think the telegraph has done us the world of good publicity wise, i'm confident we can get a 3500+ gate on tomorrow. If we win(we really should!) I recon we should fill the gaff for morecambe.

Once again well done and thanks Telegraph.:engsmil:
