Whatever the reasons for the small crowd (weather, Rovers at home, Burnley at Huddersfield, Bank holiday weekend etc etc etc) it happened. Where the club go from here is up to them. Better advertising, incentives to attend they must all happen. I still think we have the makings of a promotion challenging team and Stanley are going to get thumped every now and again. Yep they did keep trying n cannot to me be faulted fer that, Whilst yeh mention the small crowd, what disappointed me again on sat,was the fact no-one came on Clayton End just before K-O, selling 50-50. tickets whilst it aint a big earner fer the club, we always buy if someone comes around,n wi our small gates,i think every £1 is worth having?
