The club has turned the ultras into its own version of B fans by doing its best to destroy the group

Wow, just Wow, I have read many threads o this site and thought you have perhaps had a rough ride. It turns out after all, that you are a complete bell ringer.
Stanley will benefit???????? Not one single team below half way in The Championship will benefit. This is all about strengthening the Premier League at the expense of the lower leagues and completely disregarding the non league pyramid system.
If Dykes proposals succeed, the likes of Accy Stanley, Fleetwood, AFC Wimbledon, etc coming through the pyramid to the Football League will be gone forever.
If this is what you perceive as a good idea, you are from a different planet to the rest of the football supporting public of this country.

Welcome to the club, Larry. I think no-one, other than Davo, perhaps, and even then I do wonder , will argue with your observations.
The only unknown is just which planet Davo is actually living on.

Even the Premier League's Chief Executive doesn't support it!

Re: League 3..............?
And so the rich get richer...plus the likes of the scum,man city,Arsenal, liverpool etc will be now looking for the loophole so as the can play their first team bench warmers and their returning from injury stars in the B team......... it stinks.......as said before the sweet FA should be looking at spreading the dosh from sky etc round more evenly instead of pandering to the big six all the time !!!

The problem appears to be that the England team are useless, young players are not getting games, and the best way to resolve this is to destroy lower league football?
Why not just restrict the Premier league's global conglomerates to squads no bigger than 22? Why not take 10% of the money sloshing out of the TV and agent deals and build a 4G artificial pitch in every town and village in England? Why not vote UKiP and tell the Eu to stuff their employment laws.
So-called safeguards to develop English 'talent' will be easily by-passed by the big boys - a player from Timbouctou can be classed as 'home-grown' if he's spent 3 years in England. Even the idea of a team full of 18-20 year olds is laughable as a way of developing talent. Young players need to play with, not just against, older players to learn the tricks of the trade. Dyke is a media man, all he knows is TV and his one big idea in the past was Roland Rat. And you can be darned sure that if the Premier league businesses like the idea, it is good for them and no-one else.

I would suggest it's the Blatter syndrome. Those at the top lining their back pockets in return for favours with major corporate spenders.

I've just watched him play........Rugby League for Bamber Bridge !!! He's given football a wide berth since leaving Ross County in Scotland and then being shafted by AFC Barrow.
He's spent the last 6-12 months doing personal fitness courses and is now working as a personal fitness trainer at the DW sports Centre in Preston.
He started training with his younger brother at Bamber Bridge Rugby league Club, seemed to enjoy it and it appears he's quite good at it. So he started playing for them. Personally, i can't stand the game.
Thanks for asking.

Suprised to hear that, but as long as he is happy. You'll have to comeback and watch Stanley then now Sure F19 will find you a seat

Re: League 3..............?
My views;
1) Ask the 10 or 12 Conference clubs if they would be happy to ALL be "relegated" in one sweep down to a new 6th tier of football!...... I am sure that the response would be almost unprintable. I think that Conference clubs have the most difficult job in English football.....being on the cusp of full time management can make or break a club.......eg Hereford? The clubs in the Conference have worked hard, often against great odds, to get where they are!
2) All players want to play "First Team Football" and I know that if I was still playing I would rather play against Morecambe's first team than against Norwich B team!
3) The demise of quality English players has been the result of a range of causes....;
a) The increase in players from abroad taking places in our leagues particularly at higher levels.
b) The reduction in the number of Englishmen actually playing the game at 'grass roots' level.......When I played local football 40+ years ago the Accy Combination had 5 divisions of 20 teams...now I think that there are only 2 divisions of 12 teams! This is backed up by my observations of the state of the local pitches when I am out walking my daughters dogs. The pitches now are full of grass and are used much less...whilst 40 years ago the pitches were worn out early in the season from being massively used.
c) The rest of the world caught up with English and European football at least 30, 40+ years ago.
d) Kids, (and adults too), have many more options of hobbies and sports to pursue these days which are a much 'softer' and easier option than running about like a madman on a cold, wet Saturday afternoon in mid winter!
The pyramid system in my view works well in general, and it certainly did for us, as without it we would not have got back into the Football League.
ON STANLEY ON (against proper 'First teams')
ps. would 'B' teams be entered in the FA Cup? .......Man City v Man City 'B' Team, (not impossible), simply would not interest me!
