Loan Players

Alan Navarro has left but two loan players in from Wigan :-

Kevin Lee - Young midfielder who has been a regular for the reserves since joining Wigan as a trainee in the summer of 2004. A promising talent with an eye for goal who will be aiming to earn a place in the first team as he gains further experience.

Philip Edwards - Young defender who is nominally a centre-back but can play across the backline. Joined Wigan as a trainee in the summer of 2004 and played in one game for Morecambe during a month-long loan spell in September 2004.

Just out of interest does anyone know where Navarro has gone.

Apparently he's been offered a contract with a Football League side

If you read page 395 on BBC1 teletext it will tell you he has signed for Macclesfield Town on contract terms. Good Luck to the lad. As for the two new loan signings, according to fishy site, they both have first team squad numbers, can't be bad to shore the back a little bit. It would appear that we should have pre-season matches against more premiership teams, hell with luck what about Okocha from Bolton etc etc
