Yes! The wins were just a figment of our collective imagination.

Just a bit of positive 'Train spotting',,, after 5 games (pre season) last year we had conceded 8 goals as opposesd to the 4 for the same ammount of games.Admitedly one of last years was Blackburn ,but Burnley were also in that group of 5 and we let in 3. Is this a sign of an improved defence?

Mark Roberts has been doing well - both getting the tackles in and marshalling the defence.

Re: looking for first win

but I'm still worried that we don't have enough defenders though.. 2 left backs, 1 right back and 2 central defenders signed!!! god help us if we have any injuries if we don't sign some more soon..

as for the telegraph's boo boo I hope they print a very large retraction

2 left backs, Leam and Branchy.
2 Centre backs, Rocky and Mark Roberts
1 Right back, Cav

Have you forgot about Phil Edwards?? I agree though we do need some new faces in defence

Branch played the first half (against Brechin) at centre back whilst Cav was trialled in midfield!!!!!!

Actually I was more thinking of phil being left back as that's where he seemed to play last season..and I thought branchy was more left midfield
