Re: Lowest League Gate Ever ?

We might get a 3 figure crowd against Dagenham on the Friday night.

Re: Lowest League Gate Ever ?

I disagree about fri night, I know I will be bringing extra bods as they have come to fri night matches previously and loved it... but being followers of other teams they don't tend to make the saturday matches

[quote=Jesus_was_A_red_;

One last point, last season 4,500 capacity and recorded gate against torquay, yet there end was effing empty they brought approx 350 max. WHAT A LAUGH IT REALLY IS
Born on cloud cuckoo land EW thinks.[/quote]

To quote Madkev

Doncaster rovers v Barnet in 1998 only had 739 show up in a league 3(now div 2)match and look where Doncaster are now,they beat Leeds Utd in league one a few weeks back and had a crowd of over 10,000,Anything is possible.

Two very good post's, The attendance announcement is a standing joke in the Whinney Hill, Guess the gate ???? DONT THINK SO

Re Doncaster.. a great effort by all at Doncaster and their never say die attitude however i dint see such a resurgence under our current ownership, we havent got a clue when it comes to commercial and marketing, four commercial managers in the past two years cant all be wrong ?? CAN THEY ?
