Re: Macclesfield Thread
3 wins in 6 days was a HUGE ask. I reckon the 7 points from 9 is tremendous, even though 2 more points were snatched away. Well done MEN in RED. Cherrio Stanley family

Re: Macclesfield Thread
cheerio John.
win at home and draw away will still see us through. Can't pretend not to be disappointed having only just put our noses in front, but it sounded like one of those games too far today. Nice big rest now until the next game and then pulverise again!

Re: Macclesfield Thread
Not one of our best games!!! Looked tired and at times just looked like they had not played together in weeks!!!!
Though we had 3 great chances in the first half, Macc deserved their half time lead.
We did not get better at the start of the second half, but the move that led to Procs' goal was great and what a strike!!!!!
Then we started to play and when Sunbeds slotted home there was only one winner, but a lapse in concentration cost us.
A point was fair, maybe the wake up call we need????
Atmos was FANtastic and when Sunbeds scored it was electric!!!!
It is another point gained and we must focus and re-group for Oxford!!
Substitutes and squads, are there for a reason!!!!!!

Just about sums it up. Not sure how their forward can't be offside from a foot out but the linesman suggested somebody far side was playing him on. They would have had to be off the pitch to be further back
