Re: man o the match

todays Man of The Match should be Leam Richardson. He was def 1 of the best players on Tues, very good player always gets stuck in. God know why they didnt put him in the starting game of the season. I think he is better than Cav too when he plays on the right.

ha ha, so you think the new gut should be playing over him. Richardson is 1 of the most consistant players on the team

Think that was freudian.

But you had me worried for a minute because I thought you were alluding to the return of the player that Oggy has nightmares about.

Re: man o the match

I always thought man of the match was given for how the player had played in todays match not on matches in the past.

Just when you think you're getting over it, someone just has to remind you.

I prefer Leam at left back, I'm undecided on Branch, but maybe he'll grow on me. (No pun intended)

But as for MoM, Jay Harris - by a mile, he seems to have made a massive leap forward over the summer.

Leap being the most important word here, how he manages to win some of them headers beats me cause of the size of him, has he had springs fitted to his feet

Harris and Proctor were probably our best players today, Harris in particular. He broke up play and pushed forward whenever he could. Even had a shot or two. I'd have given him the MoM award.

Definitely agree.
Jay has improved his game a lot from last season, he knows how the refs work now [awfully] and plays accordingly without losing his positive aggression. A very good player.

I agree with you. What I meant was that Jay Harris was easily our best player this afternoon in my opinion but I didn't know who was presented with the award.
