If this is true I'm stunned, what a step backwards, the guy isn't good enough for Bury so why should we have him back?
I doubt the game will be on anyway.

Re: Mangan Back??

I have to say I am unsure myself.
All I will say is the lad Bishop at Bury does look decent so you can see why he struggles to get a game!!

Close call I think. It's due to warm up tomorrow afternoon but not sure if it will long enough for the pitch to thaw out. We'll let your lot know in time to save travelling, don't worry

Re: Mangan Back??

Mangans main problem was lack of discipline, hopefully he will have learnt that he has to be more on his game at this level. I dont think he ever wanted to leave as he was one of the lads here so it might have done him some good to get away for a while.

But he owes us one for that sub display at Gigg Lane earlier in the season the little git

Re: Mangan Back??

Looks like Mangan won't be playing tonight. Game doubtful and pitch inspection at 11.30am

Re: Mangan Back??

Liked the way he played till the end and didn't give up.

I'll never forget his equaliser at Macclesfield and his celebrations past Paul Ince.

He showed the same spirit to win the home game against Wycombe.

Just what we need, assuming he has bulked up a bit since he last played for us. Always rated him, how about you, Accy Mad?

Re: Mangan Back??

The loan has been registered
BBC SPORT | Football | Gossip | Transfers - February 2008

We sold Roscoe Dsane to Torquay and we have replaced him with a Scouse cast off who can't get in the Bury team and couldn't get in our team in the Conference or League Two. Is is possibly because he is a SCOUSE cast off that we have got him back. This should go a long way to solving our urgent defensive problems. Get thhe important things sorted first Coley, or is it the old rubbish of "we will score more goals than them"
