McEvilly apparently out 4 season

After being subbed off in first it is apparent thta our hitman evil will be out 4 the remainder of the season because of a groin injury..if this does turn out to be the case then we will be playing carlisle again in the conference next year. If it isn't cottier lied 2 the chicken bus!

Let's just hope it was just coley being cautious, cos we really need evil if we want to make a real go at reaching the play-offs. His pace and power has been immense

He said he has had a groin injury for quite a while but he has played with it, but this time its proper bad, he was struggling to walk apparently

Re: McEvilly apparently out 4 season

Must admit he does seem to have struggled slightly in last few matches and pulled up a couple of times.(Not that I spend my time watching evils groin!!) I hope it's something they can sort pretty soon, I'd hate to have to lose him when we are soooooo close to the play-offs. Although I'm, getting pretty dizzy with the amount of times we've moved in and out of the play-off position. Stanley's footballing version of the hokey cokey me thinks....

Re: McEvilly apparently out 4 season

hope ur right jimbo but our last 3 performances have been far from impressive, but maybe the two new boys can inject a bit of needed life and energy into the side.

Re: McEvilly apparently out 4 season

I only interviewed Coley who said Evil would be going for scans.Evil was limping quite heavily whan I saw him after the game and in my view, with it being a groin injury and with so little of season still to go, he COULD be out. Looks serious but h.opefully I will be proved wrong

These rumourmongers do more harm than most of us believe. They should shut up and concentrate on the bigger picture!{and that includes the NLP!**

The players do not need to be plagued by guesswork and idiotic comments;just let 'em get on with it!
