I might of scored for us if he got more than last 8 minutes every 3 games

Just the latest player we have failed to develop at Accy, who has then gone on to do the business scoring elsewhere. Just look at Fleetwood and, to a lesser extent, Mangan. Tells you something, but I don't know what.

It's annoying that Evil has gone on to (so far) do ok at Rochdale but still don't think he was the answer to our problems - he was more likely to create even more problems.
As for Navarro, don't think he ever got a decent chance at Stanley, but don't remember him being that good the couple of times I did see him play - my reaction when he scored today was 'well we must be crap for him to have got one against us'!

Re: McEvilly Scores Again!!

evil had his chance at accy - he got a run in the team and did nothing but a few clever flicks and nice touches.

He has not signed permantly, so there is always the chance to get him back.

Re: McEvilly Scores Again!!

the point with Navarro was that we saw nothing in him yet a club with large amounts of money have seen enough in him to sign him and probably pay him top dollar.

We saw nothing in Mauro Almeida yet the following season Swindon having left our league upwards saw enough in him to sign him.

Neither of these players had much of a chance to be fair to them

You forgot to mention His total lack of professionalisim, His unerring desire to kick opposition players off the ball, His accumulation of Red and Yellow cards...........etc etc.

Get Him back?...........You're having a laugh mate, JC thought He could 'reform' Him so brought Him back, realised He was more of a liability and got rid...........one of the better decisions He has made so far this season.

I for one hope not to see Him in a Stanley shirt again.

Totaly agree with you on that. By the way, saw Evil's goal on the championship-a tap in from about 6 yards out which was unmissable although the keeper almost had it. It would take alot more than 2 goals to convince me to bring him back again. Get rid for good.

I'd like to see that goal again. I'm pretty sure when he went up for the ball leading up to the goal it was with a leading arm.
