Dimi ( as I like to call him !) has ,in his defence, got some potential and might yet develop into a reasonable goalkeeper, BUT Dav can the Reds afford to wait for this hoped for development to reach fruition ?... perhaps not !..
In the meantime ???.

I await today's game with some trepidation as far as Dimi is concerned, fervently hoping that he proves me to be wrong !.

ON STANLEY ..( AND ALSO YOUNG EVTIMOV !).. ON TO GREATER THINGS !!

much better display this week was glad hughes scored thought he owed us that for part in their goal.thought pritchard did very well today, our penalty was very poor. no power in it at all, but never mind got much confidence in bishop think he will be fine when he gets used to the big step up. overall well done lads a deserved victory today.

Overall I think we deserved the win but they made us sweat.
We played some good football at times.
Clark's direct running caused problems. Maguire looked good on the left wing dear better than at left back.
The long ball over the top caused problems between Evitmov and Hughes. A vital 3 points towards at least staying in the division.
A good day for Accrington and surrounding area with the soapbox racing and a Stanley win!
